Each parcel we dispatch is sent by courier and is insured. For exact delivery charges, please observe the dynamically updated (based on your distance from our headquarters in London) charges within the payment section of the website. Charges will vary according to the delivery destination, size and weight of your parcel. We reserve the right to change the shipping prices at short notice to be in line with and reflect the prices set by the shipping companies we use. We only use Royal Mail, FedEx and DHL shipping services. All goods ordered will ONLY be shipped to the credit card billing address.

Victor footwear prides itself on offering customers a level of customer service that equals the high quality of our product. Your happiness with your shoes is the core reason for our existence and we try very hard to ensure that. We make a detailed inspection before packing and sending out each pair of shoes to you, but should you receive an item that has been damaged during transit, you must contact us immediately on email@example.com If the item(s) are received faulty or damaged, a total refund, including shipping, is given to the customer following their return.
The Victor guarantee
Victor footwear offer a full exchange or money-back guarantee on all unworn goods returned to us within six months of the purchase date. However, shoes showing any evidence of being worn, including scuffed soles, are not eligible for return. Please note that we cannot refund the cost of postage. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning your shoes safely
If you are sending a parcel back to us from the UK, we recommend using a recorded postal service. If you are sending a parcel back from ROW, we recommend using your local postal service with GOODS BEING RETURNED TO COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, NO DUTY DUE clearly written on the outside of the parcel. This will move the parcel quicker through UK customs.
When packing your shoes, use the original box or similar, ensuring that the shoes are not loose and cannot move around during transit. Please include the shoe trees which came with the shoes and not a different pair and also return the soft shoe bags. Failure to return any part of above will result in our refunding only a portion of your original payment, at the following rate:
1) If the shoes, shoes trees and shoe bags are returned in the original box, unmarked and in pristine, clearly unworn condition, within 30 days of purchase, we will refund you the entire amount paid, or swap the shoes for a different pair and pay back to you the difference (if the new pair you choose is cheaper) to the same card as the one you used. We apologize but it is not possible to refund the money to any other card or by any other method. You may, however, keep the difference as credit with us towards your next purchase.
2) If the shoe trees are missing from the above, we will deduct £70 from the original amount you paid.
Liability of a parcel remains with the sender and Victor footwear are not liable for this parcel until it is in our possession.
